11 Finger Lakes - 11 Bass - 1 Day
On the spur of the moment, Captain Ken Golub set out to hit all 11 Finger Lakes and catch a bass in every single one in a single day. Starting before dawn and racing against sunset, this epic adventure covered hundreds of miles and some of the best bass fishing waters in New York State.
The route took him from Otisco Lake east of Syracuse all the way west to Conesus Lake near Geneseo, with stops at Skaneateles, Owasco, Cayuga, Seneca, Keuka, Canandaigua, Honeoye, Canadice, and Hemlock in between. Each lake presented its own challenge — different structure, different depths, different patterns — but decades of experience and meticulous notes from 3,800+ days on the water made it possible.
This is the kind of deep local knowledge you get when you book a guided trip with Captain Ken. Whether you want to fish one lake or run a multi-lake adventure, 40 years of data across all 17 Western NY and Finger Lakes waters means you're in the right hands.
